Morton® Select Sea Salt is a medium grade sea salt. The crystal size makes it ideal for baked good toppings, dry blends, seasonings, table styled seasonings, meat, poultry and fish.

TFC Select Sea Salt is prepared by treating Select Sea Salt with a water-soluble anti-caking agent.
