The Associate EDI Integration Solution Consultant is responsible for the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of EDI integrations and B2B transactions. This role manages EDI support tickets and inbox requests, monitors transaction queues and acknowledgments, and resolves data discrepancies and processing errors in coordination with application, integration, infrastructure, and business teams. It also configures and maintains trading partner profiles and mappings, supports onboarding of new trading partners, and maintains EDI documentation and standards.

Windsor Salt is seeking to fill a Clerical Utility Relief position. The incumbent will provide clerical support at two different Windsor Salt facilities in Windsor, Ontario. This position is a permanent part-time position with varied hours. Responsibilities include: payroll; laboratory testing and reporting; data entry for various departments; and shipping and receiving processing and record keeping.

This role oversees the Finance and Controlling functions for the nine North America Highway and Chemical (H&C) mine sites, which have an annual operating expense budget of approximately $210 million and an approximate annual capital expenditure budget of $52 million. The role supervises a team of 10 plant / stockpile controllers and acts as the plant controller for any vacant roles. The incumbent coordinates the annual budget cycle and monthly reporting requirements, reviews and analyzes the manufacturing costs of the facilities, reviews and approves the reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, and ensures the plants are following the corporate directives and control procedures.

The project engineer position at Weeks Island is responsible for applying engineering knowledge to project planning and execution. This includes the preparation of capital and expense projects, the supervision of contractors and/or internal labor, and working with our maintenance team for the successful integration of new assets being commissioned. In addition to projects the project engineer will assist the engineering team with other responsibilities such as surveying support, updating mine maps and daily production records/meetings.

The Electrical Supervisor plays a critical role in the day-to-day electrical and instrumentation supervision of hourly mechanics to meet goals safely and effectively, in accordance with company policies and all regulatory and corporate compliance requirements.

Morton Salt is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Electrician on 2nd shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining electrical equipment. Journeyman certification, or equivalent, required.

The Engineering Co-Op is a part-time position designed for a current student to gain hands-on experience in the mining industry while working under the guidance of experienced engineering professional. The Engineering Co-Op will assist in tasks across the plant, supporting maintenance, electrical, and other departments. Outside of work hours, the Co-Op student is enrolled in an approved technical program to enhance skills.

Windsor Salt’s Evaporation Facility in Windsor, Ontario, has an opening for an engineering co-op Student for the winter 2027 term. The successful applicant will provide technical support to the engineering and management teams at Windsor Salt.

This position is responsible for leading and managing all systems to ensure facility compliance with all applicable Lyons Salt, Morton Salt, state, federal, local health and safety standards and regulations regarding safety and other training, environmental compliance, and product quality systems and compliance.
