Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium heat
until melted. Sprinkle in ½ tsp of Morton Coarse Kosher
Salt. Add your bread to the pan making sure to coat
evenly in butter. Cook until light golden brown, then
transfer to a cutting board, browned-side up. -
Place 1 slice of cheese on each piece of browned bread.
Top with your leftovers. Close the sandwich so the
non-browned sides are on the outside. -
Heat another 1 tbsp of butter in the skillet and add the
remaining ½ tsp of Morton Coarse Kosher Salt after
melting. Return the sandwich to the pan and cook each
side until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side. -
Serve with warm gravy and or cranberry sauce and
enjoy!
