Pork Prime Rib is an easy go-to recipe that works for both entertaining guests and weeknight family dinners. Be sure to season the pork well and evenly on all sides with Morton® Kosher Salt to enhance the flavors of the pork. Then, wrap it up in aluminum foil to catch all those delicious juices during cooking.

Finish the sauce with honey and miso to give the prime rib a sweet and salty flavor that’s out of this world! Don’t forget to season with Morton® Coarse Sea Salt after slicing the meat, which adds texture and a final pop of salty goodness!

  • 2 teaspoons fennel powder
