Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a bowl, combine the butter and sugar.

Add the coffee grounds, vanilla, and flour and stir to form a dough.

Place the dough in the refrigerator and chill for 10 minutes.

Then, take the dough and roll out to ½ thick cutting into 3”x 2” rectangles.

Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with Morton® Coarse Sea Salt.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Allow to cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes.

Place in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
