Morton Salt’s Rittman, OH location is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Leadman/Mechanic on 2nd shift in the packaging department. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and maintaining round can machinery, supplying the can line with uninterrupted flow of salt, and relieving and directing equipment operators.

The Mill Manager – Dry End directs supervisors to coordinate activities of workers engaged in the manufacturing process such as environmental compliance, production/processing, quality control and maintenance for Pellets, Bemis, Flake & Mesh.

The Process Engineer plays a critical role in the engineering technical support for designated production departments utilizing technical expertise to ensure smooth process operations. Evaluates, develops and implements technical strategy which supports designated production departments.

The Wet End Production Manager directs supervisors to coordinate activities of workers engaged in the manufacturing process and maintains accountability for well fields, brine treatment, pan house, filter room, and boiler room operations.
