The Category Analyst plans, sources and negotiates transportation services for their assigned transportation category (bulk truck transport) to provide to the organization the lowest total cost to serve and ensures that the carriers and suppliers KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations are being met. The jobholder is responsible for the preparation of all data for RFX’s activities, developing and executing category strategies, managing supplier performance and the day-to-day activities within their assigned transportation category. The jobholder will also provide freight expense estimates for new or potential business, for project analysis to support network and modal optimizations, and source the necessary capacity with suppliers and carriers to support the business.

This key role will shape total rewards initiatives that attract and retain exceptional talent while driving business results and maintaining compliance. This role oversees the Finance and Controlling functions for the nine North America Highway and Chemical (H&C) mine sites, which have an annual operating expense budget of approximately $210 million and an approximate annual capital expenditure budget of $52 million. The role supervises a team of 10 plant / stockpile controllers and acts as the plant controller for any vacant roles. The incumbent coordinates the annual budget cycle and monthly reporting requirements, reviews and analyzes the manufacturing costs of the facilities, reviews and approves the reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, and ensures the plants are following the corporate directives and control procedures.

The HRIS Analyst supports the organization’s HR technology ecosystem by administering and optimizing HRIS platforms, integrations, reporting, and data governance. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate employee data, effective workflows, secure access, and timely analytics for business decisions and compliance reporting. The HRIS Analyst is also a primary point of contact for troubleshooting HR system issues, supporting system upgrades, maintaining interfaces, and producing scheduled/ad hoc reports. In this environment, the HRIS Analyst will work across a multi-system landscape that includes UKG (multiple instances), Dayforce, and SAP, along with related HR technology and interfaces.

The general laborer performs a variety of tasks during their probationary period including but not limited to department housekeeping, observing and working in various workstations, and training on assigned machinery. During the probationary period, the laborer will bid into the specific job openings within the facility.

The Maintenance Superintendent oversees all maintenance activities, including but not limited to mobile equipment (loaders, dozers, LHD’s, scalers, cutters and blasting equipment and automated packaging), stationary equipment (belt conveyors, crushers, screeners, bucket elevators and screw conveyors), hoists and shafts, storeroom, procurement, planning, and all plant utilities. This includes safety, personnel, preventive and predictive maintenance, resource staffing and maintenance project execution.

The Lyons Plant Controller will be responsible for the accounting functions of the Lyons Salt mine and production facility, including the cost accounting function. The role has two direct reports: a senior accountant located in Overland Park, KS and an A/P shared resource with Detroit Salt located in Detroit, MI to support the function. The Plant Controller reports to the Director Controlling – Highway and Chemical Segment with an additional reporting line to the General Manager of the Lyons Salt Company. The role will require excellent communication skills to understand the operations of the mine and work with the General Manager of the site to ensure all activity is properly accounted for.

Under the immediate supervision of a supervisor, the laborer performs at a basic level a variety of manual labor tasks in the mine and/or surface operations; many job assignments with emphasis on heavy equipment and reclamation duties as assigned. This person will perform all assigned process specifications and instructions safely and competently. The individual will report any malfunctions or abnormalities to their supervisor; ensuring that the machinery and safety equipment are in good working order and a high standard of housekeeping is maintained in their workplace.

The jobholder owns all intra-company material transfers for a designated distribution territory of the supply network and manages all inventory control processes at corresponding 3PL warehouses within that territory. The jobholder is the primary point of contact for all 3PL warehouses regarding inventory management, stock rotation and disposition. In this role, the jobholder will proactively strive to provide best in class inventory levels, improve customer service and reduce logistics cost.

The Senior Director of ERP Transformation reports to the Chief Financial Officer and serves as the senior business owner and strategic leader for a large-scale ERP transformation, including the consolidation of multiple legacy systems into a unified, standardized platform. Fully dedicated to the program, this role acts as the primary business counterpart to the IT Program Manager and Systems Integrator (SI) Lead, with accountability for driving successful delivery and ensuring alignment with the program’s guiding principles.
