This role oversees the Finance and Controlling functions for the nine North America Highway and Chemical (H&C) mine sites, which have an annual operating expense budget of approximately $210 million and an approximate annual capital expenditure budget of $52 million. The role supervises a team of 10 plant / stockpile controllers and acts as the plant controller for any vacant roles. The incumbent coordinates the annual budget cycle and monthly reporting requirements, reviews and analyzes the manufacturing costs of the facilities, reviews and approves the reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, and ensures the plants are following the corporate directives and control procedures.

The general laborer performs a variety of tasks during their probationary period including but not limited to department housekeeping, observing and working in various workstations, and training on assigned machinery. During the probationary period, the laborer will bid into the specific job openings within the facility.

The Operations Rotation Program is a 12-month development program at an evaporation or solar site for production, technical, and leadership development. This program is for engineers who have recently earned a bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or mechanical engineering. Over the course of the program, the engineer will participate in three to four distinct rotational assignments, ranging from three to four months in length. Rotations may include working in the following departments: Production, Mill, Maintenance, and Shipping.

As the Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Lyons Salt Company, you will provide customer service duties for the markets serviced by the Lyons, KS facility and general support to the area sales manager. This critical role works closely with customers, salespersons, and vendors to maintain an effective supply chain management process and helps to ensure the shipping function runs efficiently by checking truck drivers in/out, answering phones, and providing customer service that is second to none.

The Senior Category Analyst plans, sources and negotiates transportation services for their assigned transportation category (package truck or export containers) to provide to the organization the lowest total cost to serve and ensures that the carriers and suppliers KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations are being met. The jobholder is responsible for the preparation of all data for RFX’s activities, developing and executing category strategies, managing supplier performance and the day-to-day activities within their assigned transportation category. The jobholder will also provide freight expense estimates for new or potential business, for project analysis to support network and modal optimizations, and source the necessary capacity with suppliers and carriers to support the business.

Performs pricing analysis and recommendations to implement pricing strategy throughout all consumer and B2B channels. Leads key pricing initiatives to address gaps in performance vs. business targets. Responsible for pricing record maintenance and systems execution with experience in CPG products and Trade Promotions Management.
