Mr. Demetree has served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a director of the Company since March 2020. He was previously the CEO of Kissner from August 2016 to March 2020, and he served as executive chairman of Kissner’s board from May 2015 to March 2020. Mr. Demetree has served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of a family-owned investment vehicle, Demetree Salt, since 2004 and as a Partner of Silverhawk Capital Partners, which he co-founded in 2006. He also previously held the following roles, among others: Founder, Chairman and CEO of US Salt, LLC from 1997 to 2008; Chairman and CEO of British Salt Holdings, LLC from 2000-2007; President of North American Salt Company (a subsidiary of Compass Minerals) from 1993 to 1997; and President of the CEO Council of The Salt Institute from 1995 to 1997. Mr. Demetree holds a BS in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Dascher has served as our President, Highway & Chemical and a director of the Company since May 2021. He was previously our President and Chief Operating Officer from March 2020 until May 2021, and he held the same role with Kissner from August 2016 until March 2020. Mr. Dascher served as President of US Salt, LLC from 2008 to 2016; President and Chief Operating Officer of Southern Lime Company from 2003 to 2008; and Vice President and General Manager of US Salt Holdings from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Dascher holds a BS in Business Administration – Accounting and MBA from the Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Dascher is a Certified Management Accountant.

Mr. Heard has served as our President, Consumer since May 2021. He was previously our Senior Vice President from March 2020 until May 2021, and he held the same role with Kissner from May 2019 until March 2020. Mr. Heard previously served as President of US Metals for Cargill from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, he held operational leadership roles of progressive responsibility for Cargill Salt, including serving 15 years as Cargill Salt’s Vice President of Operations. Mr. Heard holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University.

Mr. Meyer has served as our President, South America since May 2021. He previously held numerous leadership roles since joining Sociedad Punta de Lobos (SPL) in 2001, most recently serving as Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain from October 2013 to May 2021. Mr. Meyer holds an MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Universidad de Chile.

Mr. Lenox has served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since March 2020. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kissner from October 2016 until March 2020. Mr. Lenox served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of USA Compression Partners, LP (NYSE: USAC) from 2014 to 2016, and as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Inergy, LP (NYSE: NRGY) from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Lenox has also previously held senior roles at Ernst & Young in its Assurance and Advisory Services Segment. Mr. Lenox holds a BS and Master’s in Accounting from the University of Missouri.

Ms. Hay has served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer since February 2023. She previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Brand Industrial Services, a Brookfield Business Partners L.P. and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice company, from October 2014 to October 2019. Prior to joining Brand Industrial Services, she held multiple HR leadership roles at Enviri (NYSE: NVRI formerly Harsco Corporation) and finance roles at Ingersoll-Rand (NYSE: IR) and JLG Industries (NYSE: OSK). Ms. Hay holds a BS in Accounting from DeSales University. She is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Sigma certified.

Mr. Bacon has served as our Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel and Secretary since July 2020. He previously served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Clarience Technologies, LLC, a private-equity owned global leader in safety lighting and telematics, from June 2019 to July 2020, and as Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of WillScot Corporation (NASDAQ: WSC) from August 2017 to June 2019. Mr. Bacon also previously held senior roles at Inergy, LP (NYSE: NRGY) and its successor, Crestwood Equity Partners LP (NYSE: CEQP). Mr. Bacon holds a BS in business administration from the University of Missouri and a law degree from the University of Kansas.
