As an Operations Rotation Engineer, you’ll immerse yourself in a 12-month program that’s designed to give you the tools to develop technical and leadership skills in a manufacturing environment, while creating long-term impact within our company.
What You’ll Do
At the beginning of the program, you’ll be assigned to one of our Evaporation or Solar & Packaging sites across the U.S. There, you will complete 3-4 rotations at your assigned location across departments such as Production, Maintenance, Mill, and Shipping, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from our team of experts.
With the support of site leadership, you will have the opportunity to apply your understanding in a hands-on environment and share your impact with key stakeholders through group presentations.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Open to relocation with opportunities at various sites across the U.S.
- Self-directed, excellent initiative, strong organizational skills
- Thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable leading people in various manufacturing capacities
