HG Blending Prepared Salt is food grade granulated salt carefully screened for uniform size and cubical shape. H.G. Blending Prepared Salt is treated with a moisture-absorbing, free-flowing, anticaking additive.

Certifications

H.G. Blending Prepared Salt complies with Food Chemicals Codex tolerances and federal cGMP standards. It is annually certified as Kosher.

Additives

H.G. Blending Prepared Salt is treated with a small amount of sodium silicoaluminate, a moisture-absorbing, free-flowing, anticaking additive. Sodium silicoaluminate is approved as GRAS (Generally Recommended as Safe)
