Directions
In medium bowl combine ground beef with 3 tablespoons green onions, three (3) tablespoons salsa, Morton® Kosher Salt and 1/4 teaspoon cumin. Shape mixture into 4 oval-patties. In small bowl, combine remaining salsa with remaining 1/4 teaspoon cumin; set aside. Set oven control to broil and/or 550° F. Broil patties with tops 3 inches from heat until well done, internal temperature - 160° F. Place hamburgers on warm tortillas, with refried beans, additional salsa, remaining green onions, lettuce and cilantro. Fold to wrap and enclose hamburger; cut in half. Serve with salsa and sour cream, if desired.
