Directions
1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef in batches; brown on all sides. Drain fat; set beef aside. 2. Add onion; cook and 5 minutes or until softened. Add beef and remaining ingredients, except beans. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. 3. Add beans; simmer 20 minutes. Serve with shredded Cheddar cheese or sour cream, if desired.
