Leftover Pot Pie

Ingredients 
1 ½ cup left-over turkey gravy 
1 teaspoon Morton® Nature’s Seasons Seasoning Blend 
1 pie shell  (9”, frozen store-bought crust) 
1 cup leftover stuffing 
1 cup leftover roasted turkey, diced 
½ cup peas, thawed 
½ cup carrots, sliced, blanched or frozen 
1 cup mashed potatoes
 

 

Directions

Method
Preheat the oven at 350F. Combine the gravy and seasoning and set aside. Assemble the pie in layers starting with the stuffing at the bottom of the pie crust. Then add the turkey, peas, and carrots. Pour seasoned gravy over the entire pie. Finally top the pie with small pieces of mashed potatoes until evenly covered. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown on top and heated though. Let rest at room temperature for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Chef’s Suggestions:

Substitute canned mushroom soup for gravy


Serve with left over cranberry sauce on the side
Top with cheddar cheese and scallions
