Directions
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a small frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onions. Sauté for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally until the onions and garlic are translucent and tender but not browned. Remove from heat and transfer to a large bowl. Cool completely. Add remaining softened butter to the bowl followed by the parsley, chives, Morton® Fine Sea Salt, oregano, cilantro, lemon juice, capers and black pepper. Mix well with a fork to combine. Transfer to a sealable container. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. May also be frozen for up to 3 months.
