2 bags (10-12 ounces each) Spring green salad mix 2 Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced 2 Fuji apples, thinly sliced 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted 1 package (4-1/2 ounces) blue cheese crumbles, reserve 1 tablespoon
Morton's Balsamic Vinaigrette: 1/2 cup olive or vegetable oil 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon reserved Blue cheese crumbles 1/2 teaspoon Morton® Coarse Kosher Salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper In medium bowl, combine ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until needed. |

Directions
In large bowl, combine spring greens, apples, cranberries, and walnuts and blue cheese except for reserved portion. Toss with Morton’s Balsamic Vinaigrette. Serve immediately
Tip: Spring green mix (also known as Mesclun mix) may include any or all of the following: baby lettuces (Red & Green Romaine, Red & Green Oak leaf, Lollo Rosa, Tango), Baby Spinach Leaves, Red & Green Chard, Mizuna, Arugula, Frisee, and Radicchio. The ingredients in each package may vary. Serve salad with roasted garlic mini pitas.
