Hot Salt Pico de Gallo

Ingredients 
8 plum tomatoes, cut in half, seeds removed and diced 1/4 inch
1 medium onion, diced
1 large green pepper, diced
1 large red pepper, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 green onions, finely chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 lime, juiced
2 teaspoons Morton® Hot Salt™
 

 

Directions

In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, green and red peppers, garlic, green onion, olive oil, cilantro and lime juice. Season to taste* with Morton® Hot Salt™ and stir to incoporate.

Let stand 1 hour, to allow the flavors to blend.

Serve with Grilled Chicken Quesadillas, fajitas or nachos.
