Hummus:Combine chickpeas, garlic, 2 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice and 2 teaspoons Morton® Hot Salt™ in bowl of food processor. Puree ingredients until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until needed. Stir in sour cream just before serving. Pita:When ready to serve, arrange pita triangles on shallow baking pan. Brush pita evenly with remaining tablespoon olive oil, and then sprinkle with one teaspoon Morton® Hot Salt™, using 1/4 teaspoon per pita bread round. Toast pita at 350° F. until crisp, about 5–8 minutes. Serve immediately with Zesty Hummus. Tips: *Substitute two, 7-ounce containers of prepared original hummus for chickpeas. Add Morton® Hot Salt™ and dairy sour cream to mixture. For chunky consistency, stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Pita bread rounds can be served soft instead of toasted crisp.
