Directions
Season tuna with Nature’s Seasons® seasoning blend and Garlic Salt. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight. Discard any remaining marinade. Grill to desired doneness or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Combine cheeses, sprinkle evenly over fish. Allow cheese to melt over grill.Serve immediately with Fresh Vegetable Salsa and Spiced Potatoes.Seasoned Dressing (or Marinade)Makes about ½ cup¼ cup white vinegar2 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil3 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese2 tablespoons snipped fresh basil (or 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed)1 teaspoon Nature’s Seasons® seasoning blendIn a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. After marinating meat, fish, chicken, discard leftover marinade.
