Cranberry Chicken Bake

Servings: Makes 4 Servings

 

 
Ingredients 
1 cup cranberry juice cocktail
2 teaspoons sugar
1 cup canned cranberry sauce
4 boneless chicken breast halves (1 lb.), skinned
¼ cup water
2 teaspoons Morton® Nature's Seasons® Seasoning Blend
1tablespoon cornstarch
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
 

 

Directions

Combine cranberry juice, cranberry sauce and cinnamon in a small saucepan;
bring mixture to a boil. In a bowl combine water, cornstarch and sugar; mix well.
Add cornstarch mixture to cranberries; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until
mixture thickens. Brush each chicken breast with 2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce and sprinkle
each with ½ teaspoon Morton® Nature’s Seasons® seasoning blend.
Bake at 350° F, 30 minutes.
Serve with additional sauce and garnish with orange slice and parsley.
