Ingredients 
1 cup water
1 lb fresh tomatoes, peeled and diced
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup mixed vegetable flakes
1 tbsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp Morton® Lite Salt® Mixture or Morton® Salt Balance® Salt Blend
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
2 tbsp wine vinegar
optional: croutons, diced tomato and cucumber
 

 

Directions

In an electric blender, combine all ingredients except oil and vinegar. Cover and blend until almost smooth. Stir in oil and vinegar. Chill well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve in bowls and, if desired, garnish with croutons, diced tomato and cucumber
