What is the difference between Sea Salt and other salts?
Sea Salt is harvested off the surface of the sea by wind and sun. Other salts are mined from sea deposits left in ground millions of years ago.

What is the difference between Kosher Salt and Sea Salt?
Morton^® Coarse Kosher Salt is made by compacting evaporated salt into thin flakes. Evaporated salt is made by dissolving the salt deposit to make a brine and then evaporating by a vacuum pan method to produce small crystals. Generally, Sea Salt refers to salt that is evaporated from seawater.

What is Yellow Prussiate of Soda?
It's anti-caking ingredient that is needed to prevent salt from turning into one large clump.
