What is Epsom Salt used for?
Epsom salt is commonly used to soothe tired muscles, and minor aches and sprains. It has also been used to help draw out fluids and toxins to reduce swelling. USP-grade Epsom salt can also be ingested as a saline laxative for occasional relief.
What does Epsom Salt do?
Epsom salt is made up of magnesium and sulfate, which can help improve health in many ways. Magnesium helps regulate the activity of more than 300 enzymes in the body. Sulfate helps to flush out toxins and form proteins in joints and brain tissue.
How much Epsom Salt should I use?
We recommend 1-2 cups of Epsom salt for a relaxing bath and 1 cup for a soothing foot soak. Always consult the package for directions on use.

Our USP Plain Epsom salt is safe to ingest as a saline laxative for occasional relief. You should not ingest our scented Epsom Salt products, which are not USP grade.
