Greek Green Bean and Tomato Salad

Directions
Cook green beans in boiling water with 1 teaspoon Morton® Kosher Salt for 5 minutes; drain. In large bowl combine tomatoes, remaining 1 teaspoon Morton® Kosher Salt, oil, vinegar, basil and feta cheese. Stir in hot beans and toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately or at room temperature.
Tips:
Herbed feta, Asiago, or blue cheese can be substituted for feta cheese. ·
Kalamata olives or sundried tomato bits can be added.
